A lawyer friend of ReproJobs is looking at non-disclosure and non-disparagement agreements in the reproductive health, rights, and justice movements and how they impact workers’ ability to speak out about harassment, racism, transphobia, hiring practices, and other oppression within our workplaces. We’re gathering NDAs for her to review.
This process is entirely confidential; no one’s NDA will be made public and like our previous surveys no individual organization will be singled out.
The goal is to look at movement trends and suggest best practices for protecting patient and organizational confidentiality, while not silencing workers or coercing them out of their rights.
