worker aid program Supporting Repro workers

ReproJobs has set up a small aid fund of $200,000 for workers in the reproductive health, rights, and justice movements who are out of work due to the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and criminalize abortion. To support repro workers, we have set up a fund for affected workers to receive honorariums for writing about their experiences in this moment. Each worker can apply for a one-time honorarium of $500, $750, or $1,000 based on their need.

Please note: Our fund is limited and we will notify everyone once the fund runs out. While we will process payments when we receive them, our fiscal sponsor issues payments on a schedule and can take 3-4 weeks to process payments. While many payments are issued quicker, the payments will take longer if you do not download and fill out the attached forms with your application or sign your W9 which is the most common issue. Please read all of the instructions on how to fill out your W9 and direct deposit forms before completing your application. Please note that due to some unfortunate circumstances and scam attempts, we must now require a verification of employment.

If you are an affected, out of work repro worker, please fill out the form by clicking the blue button below. Download a W9 and direct deposit form via the yellow buttons below, fill them out, sign them, and upload them with your application. If you have questions about how to fill out the forms, please read the instructions to fill out the W9 and direct deposit forms. Applications without a signed W9 and direct deposit form cannot be processed and the delays will set you back 1-2 weeks, on top of the original timeline, for processing.

If you have questions, please read our FAQ.

PLEASE NOTE THAT REPROJOBS WILL BE TAKING A PROGRAMMATIC HIATUS FROM DECEMBER 1, 2023-JANUARY 15, 2024. APPLICATIONS WILL STILL BE PROCESSED BUT TIMELINES WILL BE LONGER DUE TO THE HIATUS AND OUR FISCAL SPONSOR'S OFFICE CLOSURES AND FEWER PAYMENT DATES.
